Definitely late night/early morning for me. I'm most active just before I go to bed, really. It's a nice time. Quiet, dark, and the only thing that bothers me is light pollution. I can go around mostly unnoticed. Whereas I'm just a crawling wreck of exhaustion after I wake up.

I have eyes that are extremely sensitive to light, and I live in a place that gets a huge amount of sun. So, you guessed it, I prefer night. I can see nearly everything, and a lot more fun things happen at night in this area compared to the day, so.

I do my best work under cover of darkness. Routinely stay up until 4 or 5...and take a lot of afternoon naps!

Morning Bird. Well both really but I'm only allowed to be a Morning Bird for I have to sleep.

I can go to sleep at 3 am, and wake up 6-7 hours feeling ready for the day and whatever it throws at me. So, that would make me..something of a mix between a night owl and early bird.

The fact that I'm writing this at 11:00 PM is answer enough.
It's probably because hold a personal grudge against the sun. Bloody disk, why does it get to chill out in space while I have to lift boxes to afford food?

I'm writing this at 6:10am, just as I'm thinking about maybe going to bed. If I do, guaranteed I'll sleep until about 3pm. Pretty standard day for me on my current self-imposed break from university.

Definetally a night person, i can stay up really late, wake up early and not so much feel it, after a while it all come crashing down but that's pretty rare, i had some pretty bad insomnia up until about a year ago, so i was used to staying up late anyway, havign said all that, it is ill adviced to wake me up before i want to wake up, or for anything that is unimportant, i've been called a grizzly bear because i've been known to maul the person trying to wake me, or in rare cases, pull them into the bed and trap them in a vice like hug.

I have what i call 'the 10 minute rule' it states that in that ten minute period after i've woken up, you should avoid giving me anything that sounds like an order, or giving me any kind of information, as i am likely not to care and forget it all.

Night owl.

I have my own laptop and Xbox 360 (with 32" LCD) in my room, so I have no lack for entertainment. I usually game until I'm tired enough to sleep.

Early bird gets the worm, night owl gets the girl.

'nuff said I hope;)

(Also, if anyone for whatever reason decides to wake me up before it's absolutely and utterly necesary, they die)

In other words, do you spend your nights awake and being active, or do you go to bed early but wake up early, chipper and ready for the day?
I like being a night owl, but business matters force me to get up at crazy hours of the morning. Lydia Lunch is a early morning person too so I figure there must be something good about doing things that way.
