Bulletstorm, definitely.

I couldn't stand KZ2. I may play whatever jetpack missions are in 3, but I doubt it'd be much more than that.

If I had money to spare, I'd get Killzone 3. Speaking of which, anyone know when the beta will end? I'm downloading it, and I would hate for it to finish right when it ends.
It ends Feb. 14th, I think. If I have enough money, I'll probably get both. If not, Killzone 3. I would hate to be a rapist [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/107628-Fox-News-Says-Bulletstorm-Could-Make-You-a-Rapist].

Killzone 3 (at least I'm getting it first, may pick up Bulletstorm when price drops)

Bulletstorm demo seemed fun and new, but after a few playthroughs of the demo, it did get boring.

I liked Killzone 2 apart from the clunky "realisticly heavy" aiming, however after trying the beta for number 3, I can't wait for the full game. I've needed a new online FPS for a while now as every CoD since 4 has been disappointing and I am bored of 4 now.

Killzone 3 is a PS3 exclusive, right?
That makes it quite obvious I won't be getting it then.

Oh, MvC3 is coming out soon too? Then KZ3 and that. KZ3 doesn't appeal to me that much, but all my friends will be getting it, and every game is improved with friends. I was underwhelmed by the Bulletstorm demo.

Bulletstorm first then Killzone.... at some point in time. I like the feel and astetic of Killzone but when I played Bulletstorm it was more refreshing than most other shooters but the next game I am going to get would be Stacking, it's free at the moment and by jove I do enjoy me some Double Fine.

I will be getting neither of them. No kill zone because I don't see the point in owning a playstation 3 when I already have an xbox, and no bulletstorm because it is made by epic games the people responsible for the mountain of ass known as the gears of war series. Plus the demo for bulletstorm sucked I feels like it is marketed to people who haven't hit puberty yet with some of the dialog and the game play reminded me to much of gears.

3 toned that down (on the KZ forums if you ever said that, you'd be raped by the COD noob remarks)and honestly plays a lot faster and better. Most people that hated 2 like 3 after playing the open beta. (BTW you can download the free beta now off the PSN store)

I have Bulletstorm reserved. I figured I would give it a shot.
Wow. What the hell does generic even mean anymore. What is this formula that every shooter is following that classifies them as generic. On this forum people just through this word around but don't truly value its meaning.

What makes KZ3 generic when NO other game plays like it, or looks anything like it?

What game this gen could you recall that looked and played similar to Bulletstorm?

I hate it when people try to seem cool by calling all FPSs 'generic' because ever since MW2 its been cool to bash COD and all other shooters.

Why in god's name would I do that?

Also, the clunky thing wasn't what I disliked. I wasn't too against that in fact, barring the rather large input lag. No, my problem is it was grey, dull, brown, dull, brown, gritty, dull and I hated the characters. Every. Single. One of them. The graphics were so pretty I wanted to play, but it was so dull I couldn't go on.

Bulletstorm looks fun. It's been ages since I've seen that in a shooter. (tf2 aside.)
For that reason, it will always get first preference over whatever KZ cooks up. Except the aformentioned jet packs. See, jet packs are also fucking fun. They need more stuff like that!

Killzone 3 FTW! Seriously, I played 2's multiplayer for 80+ hours. The beta is far from enough to whet my appetite for ISA blood! \m/

I do intend to get Bulletstorm, but maybe for cheap in a little while. I'm in no rush.

Neither, I'm getting DNF, the game that does 'this is a silly over-the-top self-concious shooter' without vomiting all over itself.

Or rather I would if I wasn't like two years behind in gaming. What I'll really get will probably be Mass Effect 2.

In all likelihood, neither. I liked the KZ3 beta a lot until I realized that the Infiltrator class was cheap in that you see a green name above an enemy who's using it unless you're close enough for them to kill you with their shotgun.

Bulletstorm. I've seen people say that it might get old after a while finding new ways to kill people, mostly involving kicking them first, but it really is a whole lot of fun and it got better the more I played it. When I first played the demo, I was stumbling around scoring insanely low. Now, after about 10-15 times going through this one level, I can speed through it in less than 5 minutes and score 5k+ every times and I'm always finding new combos. Basically, it's the kind of game that you can constantly replay and half of the fun comes from replaying levels trying to get the best score. Killzone doesn't look like it would offer that amount of replayability and straight up over the top fun.

Probably Killzone 3. I really like the Beta, but it doesn't feel as good as Killzone 2 in my opinion. I was interested in Bulletstorm for a while, but I saw some gameplay and my interest just plummeted.

As far as I know, the reticule still stays red when you look at them. If anything, the infiltrator is cheaper because he has infinite sprint.
