Ask a 3rd Generation Mexican American

So, you are looking to be asked questions on maybe whether you get any problems with racism or stuff like that? Do you get seen as Mexican or American or South American? It's just a little vague.

Do you guys have Chorizo like the spanish? that stuff is awesome.

Yes, grew up on chorizo.. I would kill for a tube of some good stuff right now since I'm stuck in Missourri with only a Walmart to go to.

Racially I've been viewed as many different ethnicities.. hawaiin, asian, mexican, armenian, phillipino, etc. It was worse in Ventura California, where the local skin heads would sometimes throw beer bottles and verbal remarks while driving by.

The only thing I've learned is that wherever I go, I become any other race that people hate. I mean other than black or white.
