Everything we sell is "good quality" Somethings are just "better quality" than others.
No, we have to say that everything is good, and that some things are just slightly better than others. Case in point: I had to translate spanish to english in Home Theater, and I learned I couldn't say that LED had higher contrast ratios than Plasma and LCD. Everything in the store was good, and I really couldn't say that anything was outright better.

10% above what Best Buy pays for a product. For video games consoles and such, we get nothing, but on wires... its almost scary what we get. We can only gift with our discount, we can't buy something and resell it.
Sometimes, we'll use a big TV to watch a new DVD, never play video games on it though. Actually, that isn't a half bad idea.

I don't know if you'd call it rubbish. If you call and complain with a valid complaint, and a manager is able to confirm it, you may get a gift card, but I don't suggest trying, as the managers are very intelligent, and rarely let anything through without a thorough investigation.
