Why does Eve not ring my "i luv it" bell?

Because no matther what i do, i will always spend like 12 month waiting for those skillbars to fill and theres nothing i can d oabout that.
With Eve being a game about min maxing, waiting one WEEK and in extreme cases A MONTH AND MORE(!!!)for a skill to level up simply is nothing i can agree to.

Its to keep noobs that have a lot of cash to spend from being able to use titans.(Which if i'm correct take a year of training just the skill, So yeah.)

Am I the only one that hasn't been ganked in trial? I flew around .5 space all the time then again I flew a caldari destoryer...Sniping Railguns=Win.
