The title says it all.
We have favorite games for a reason. Sometimes, it's because the entire game is absolutely incredible. Other times, it's because of a single moment.
Every time we say a game is our favorite, there is a point, a brief moment where we think "This is likely my favorite game."
I want you to single out that moment and share it.
I'll go first:
In Kingdom Hearts 2, I fell in love with it when Sora and Kairi reunited in The World That Never Was. A hug. That was all it took for me to become the hopeless romantic I've become today.
It's either that, or when I was fighting 1000 Heartless in Hollow Bastion. Man, that was epic.
For Aquaria, I fell in love after the story you witness after defeating Mithala. It was really emotional, and may be one of the few times I've cried at a video game. Or breaking through the Veil for the first time. That too, was EPIC.
Fallout 3 earned its place in my heart when I heard Liam Neeson as the voice of the Dad. He's awesome, there's no other way to put it. Also, when I first saw the Wasteland after escaping the Vault.
So, how about you guys?
