The most recent one was Fable 2. Hammer made me want to go and hurt people.
The Hero of Will's voice made up for it though, since I loved him as Shepherd Book in FireFly.
The worst one would have to be Resident Evil 1, I guess. It was hard taking that game seriously sometimes.
I think that this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BAtC1SzWSXg&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ehalolz%2Ecom%2Fcategory%2Fvideo%2Dclips%2Fpage%2F11%2F&feature=player_embedded] would have to win my vote.
Symphony of the Night has some truly bad voice acting but I absolutly love it.
2 games have ever gotten me to phisacally cringe, First enchated arms from the bad gay sterotype to the girl who could not decide on an accent. Also Beat and Salsa from eternal sonata made me want to strangle them.
Everyone from Haze. Intentional or not, the voice acting was horrendous.
I was really happy when I got to shoot those two guys who kept saying "Boosh!" Ah, I enjoyed that way too much.

Boosh... What in the hell were they thinking? That alone should put the entire development team on a watch list of some sort. Like a "If these people ever work on a game, do not purchase it" watch list.
I think the story is that some staff member brought his kids in for the voice work. Obviously an excellent business decision, as it saved money while turning all the dialogue into comedy gold.

Wow. I was going to mention Yuna from Final Fantasy X (she was absolutely appalling), and say I'd never heard less life in a voice actor, but that Karen from that video proves me wrong. Dear me, my ears are bleeding.
The Settlers: Heritage of Kings had an atrocious script, and though the voice acting was technically passable, it was so bloody over-the-top faux-humourous it was a pain to listen to.
Earth 2160. There is just NO characterisation going on there AT ALL. In one campaign, you're controlling some major in the Eurasian Dynasty (says it all, basically what the Soviet Union would've been now if every leader had been like Stalin or worse) who has a decidedly American name and accent. And absolutely no character whatsoever. There's just..... nothing you can say about the guy, he's not even one-dimensional, he's zero-dimensional. His script was uninteresting and his voice actor sounded like he was phoning it in. At the end of the campaign
he is supposedly taken to a prison camp and sent to a kangaroo court-martial and shot, though I've yet to finish the other campaigns so he might survive somehow,
and when that happened I couldn't even feel sympathetic towards the guy. He's so characterless that calling him flat would be a compliment.
And don't even get me started on the LC, the all-female faction, where everyone speaks like a Desperate Housewife (or at least I imagine, I've never seen it, thank god) and references to rather heavy things like battle and betrayal are thickly interwoven with references to make-up, dating and other stereotypically female things. Good god, whoever wrote that script should be shot for crimes against humanity.
