Geb was having trouble dragging the unconscious monk single-handedly, he was a lot more heavy then he thought. The shadow of a figure became visible in his peripheral vision.

A startled Geb turned and instinctively lashed out at his confronter, it was only mid-punch that he saw the familiar face of Jin, the non-bender of the group. He thankfully grabbed hold of his haphazard flail mid-air.

"Do I even want to know what you're doing here? Do I?"

"Oh me? I was just... making sure the guards were up to scratch. Wouldn't want anybody to be trespassing..."

Another figure presented itself, the anxious Geb springing into a defensive stance to remove a potential spoilsport. The robes that appeared were not the temple's attire however; dark red, and the left sleeve missing to show a dragon tattoo, his face too was familiar.

"Oh hey... Oh god, are we fighting more monks?"

"Oh no, don't worry about anything, this guard here just had a fall. Jin and I were just helping him out by taking his post....isn't that right?"

Geb looked over and gave Jin a nervous smile, hoping that he would play along. It was then that the sound of the girls in the baths become audible from behind the door.

The sound of faint footsteps against the stone floor of the corridor grew heavier as the approached the groups position from presumably around the corner.

"Shhh... do you hear that?"

"Nah, it's probably just my imagination. Though if that pervy Geb tried getting in, could you dunk him for me?"

"Yeah, I could do that." Kara gently entered the bath, relaxing as she felt the hot water wash over her. "He's the one who wanted help bathing, right?"

I changed his robes ._.
Senji unrolled his left sleeve,

"Oh no, don't worry about anything, this guard here just had a fall. Jin and I were just helping him out by taking his post....isn't that right?" Senji rolled his eyes, and was about to call him out,

"Shhh... do you hear that?" Senji listened, and heard the footsteps. He dove behind the nearest vase of plants.

Are you guys happy for me to round the corner? At the moment, my character will see Geb and Jin are currently by the door to the bathroom. Senji's hidden.

Luck would had it, The sack was located, not behind the pantry but inside of it, right behind the back of the radishes crate. Hao went through it contents, a few scrolls, a good amount of gold, in earth kingdom currency and the most interesting find of all, Escrisma sticks.

Hao, pulled one out, the stick was the same length as Hao's, but it was a bluish metal and appealing enough, it was collapsible, able to fit in someone pocket.

Perfect for Mayuka.

"Fantastic." Hao said. "Yeah, fantastic, can I have my loot back?" Hao gritted his teeth as he turned toward the voice, the thief from earlier was standing there, holding a bag of flour.

"Jeez, don't you ever listen, kid? I said, scram before you'll get caught."
"Not without my loot, I won't. I can't believe you would steal from me, a fellow thief! Where is the honor among thieves?"

Hao shaken his head, "Yeah sorry, that only work if you'll running with a family, if not; then you'll all on your own. I'm being lenient by actually allowing you to leave, any other guy? he'll steal the stuff and alert the guards, letting you take the blame."

The thief was quiet for a few moments, and finally said, "What makes you so special?"

"I could tell you, but then I'll have to kill you," Hao replied casually, "Here, take the gold you had..."found," and haul tail it out of here." Hao reached into the sack and pulled out(almost) the entire amount of gold.

The thief grumbled to himself, and accepted the money. He turn back from Hao, and said "I'll come back here, when you're gone."

"Hey, fine by me, but right now, just leave this place."

The Thief managed to disappear with a crowd of cooks. Hao managed to avoid the head chef, who was busy scolding someone for bringing salt instead of Sugar. Hao left the kitchen and made his way back to the group.

"Hopefully, I'm not missing anything juicy." He thought to himself.

Kuma had his positions packed away and was ready for a good night's sleep. After sitting down he saw that most of the other guys were heading to the baths.

"Huh. Might as well get that taken care of"

Kuma followed behind them and caught to the group only to see a monk knocked out and the guys hiding behind the corner. The females were talking inside the room and Geb was trying to convince the others of what was going on.

"Oh no, don't worry about anything, this guard here just had a fall. Jin and I were just helping him out by taking his post....isn't that right?"

Realization washed over Kuma, and he nodded before going over to Geb.

"Listen my man. Life is too short. If you want something, you have to go right in and take it. Like so"

Kuma bent his water around Geb's arms and legs and carried him into the bathing room, then threw him head first into the woman's bath, his head landing right in front of to Daiyu's chest.

Kuma the replaced his water and turned back towards the men's bathing room.

"later guys"

Senji looked over the plant he was hiding behind and waved to Kuma, "Later!" He ducked back down.

Chi heard a massive splash and picked the pace. When she rounded the corner she saw Jin just outside the open bathroom door with an unconsious acolyte. Both the door and the acolyte were looking a little worse for wear. Kuma was also making his way towards the men's baths.

"What the..." she started, before peeking through the door.

She could see the 'Prodigy of Omashu' flailing in the water in frount of Daiyu.

"Oh, it's Geb, master of subtlety as always!" her face contorting to try and suppress her laughter. " 'Scuse me miss..."

Chi created a wave to force Geb out of the bath, leaving him on the floor like a sick catgator.

"I'll join you in a moment. You can deal with him while I see if the guard's okay. One of the higher-ups is quite close by if you're particularly sore about it, but I'll leave it to you seeing how I wasn't really the one slighted here."

She headed back outside.

"So, any more specifics over what happened?"

"So, any specifics on what happened?"

Senji peeked over his hiding place once more,

"Oh Chi, its you. I walked in on Geb holding an unconscious monk with Jin questioning him. Then Kuma came around and blew him into the baths." He got back up and brushed off his robe,

"So when's dinner?"

"So when's dinner?"

"Oh, shouldn't be too long now I guess, though I could use a hand for a few minutes if you need something to pass the time."

Senji cracked his back, "Fine, lead the way. See ya guys." he waved back towards Jin and Geb, motioning towards Chi.

"So what is this task?"

"So what is this task?"

"Well, it looks like this guy's just concussed. He should be fine after getting plenty of rest, but could you go get some of his friends to take him to his quarters while I keep an eye on him? Also, it's not completely necessary, but ask if they have any smelling salts. I'd go grab mine, but I'm kinda tied up here."

Malik hadn't taken a bath for the past two weeks and his hopes of finding a bathhouse in Ba-Sing-Se were crushed due to the odd events which had brought him here. He cleaned himself almost once a day when he could, but nothing could beat a proper hot bath. He quickly undressed, letting go of his trousers and shirt and letting out a sigh as he dropped his iron plates on top of the small cupboard near his bed. Underneath his shirt, a series of seemingly endless scars were scattered on his body, the few visible on his hands and shins paled in comparison to what transpired on his stomach and chest. Burn marks, cut wounds and entry wounds littered his upper body, an ugly reminder of his previous occupation.

Malik felt great walking in the nude, and followed the instructions given to him by a kind earth-bender acolyte around his age that directed him to the communal male baths. He took a quick bow in thanks and walked away, having the strange feeling someone was staring at him all the way to the communal baths. Inside the surprisingly large compound, Malik tested the waters with a dip of his thumb and approved of the pleasant temperature. He slipped inside the water filled round hole in the ground, the works of a adapt earth-bender, and stretched his legs forward. Bubbles appeared moving up shortly afterwards as he raised the water's temperature to his favorite level, and what followed was a string of blissful moans leaving Malik's mouth. Malik promised himself he will take advantage of the hospitality given to him, knowing fully well that soon enough he would have to do the heavy lifting for his new employers. Still, the young man was glad he found a direction, even if it was a vague and seemingly treacherous one.

Monsin was lost in thought for quite some time, pondering and perplexing over the words his elder had spoken to him. He spoke in a gruff whisper, only bits of phrases slipping through his lips, making his thoughts heard. He was still like this for quite some time.

"Hm... Equalists... and yet something darker I cannot yet see... These are grim times, master, and I will not lie and say I wouldn't prefer to be close to my friends and their villages. In times like these, great men forget the shoulders they stand on... I can only hope seeking the Avatar will bring resolution to this conflict, for the thought does nothing to quell the feeling in my gut."

With a grunt, the old monk clambered to his feet, clinging to his staff for balance.

"Thank you for your time and your words, Master Atar." he said with a bow that was likely not necessary. "I shall take some time to consider what you've said; and, if at all possible, clean this dirt off my skin."

With no more words, the old monk began his silent march through the facility. His feet were nearly silent on the smooth floors, and only the clacking of his staff gave any hint to those in other rooms that he was present. His mind began to sink and fade as he went, the mindless tedium of travel always welcomed by him. He did not think much when he walked, preferring to leave his consciousness behind. He tuned in to the gentle rhythm of his own pattering feet, one two one two as he felt his concentration slip away. His eyes closed, and he was guided only by his hearing, and the gentle currents of air bringing hints of warm water wafting down a particular hall. Now moving on naught but instinct, he was serene as he made his approach.

When he opened his eyes, he was at the communal bath, the warm water inviting him. With a few swift bursts of air untying knots and aiding the motion of his hands, he disrobed. Though his physique was as athletic as a master airbender's should be, age could only be staved off to a certain extent. Anyone intelligent averted his eyes as Monsin lowered himself into the water, sighing in relaxation as the water made contact with his skin.

He shut himself off from the world, and whatever antics his companions might be up to, as he closed his eyes and leaned back.

As Malik's eyes gazed upon the wrinkly ungodly sight that was Monsin lowering himself down to the same hole in the ground as he, he wondered in his mind whether he could ever forget such a terrifying sight. The old man entered through the same entrance Malik used earlier, though he walked with his cane and eyes closed. His airbending dropped his robe and he slide down into the tube in one smooth motion. Malik remembered the man had a beast of burden with him, so in order to break the ice at the start of the conversation Malik decided to ask the monk a few questions about his pet.

"Hello!", Malik exclaimed, asking Monsin to pay attention to him, "My name's Malik. I saw you have a...-uhm...", Malik was unsure what name he should use to describe Monsin's ride, and as he fumbled his words his right hand rose up from the water and his index finger began to slowly rotate in the air, moving a thin colorful flame around with every 'hmm' Malik blurted out. "-You steed!", Malik said excitingly, but then quickly tried to correct himself, "-Your pet, no... Your air bizon, correct? Is that a he, or a she?", Malik inquired.

Sorry, missed out on a few things, hope this makes up...

Daiyu smirked at Geb's actions. "I figured you'd try something." she said, and playfully splashed him. "Just be glad I'm in a good mood right now."

She watched Chi push him out of the tub in amusement. "Hopefully he'll think twice before he does that again..."

"Hopefully he'll think twice before he does that again..."

Kara was just finding it fortunate that things had resolved with her remaining out of it. She looked over to Geb, who still seemed to be down. "Yeah, hopefully. He does seem to be rather drawn to you though."

Geb watched as Senji dove behind a large potted plant, it's fern-like leaves obscuring the majority of his figure ,as the footsteps grew increasingly heavy, the rapping of shoe against stone about to corner the corridor.
A boy from the group, his name escaping him, clothed in purple garb and black bandanna, his type of outfit being evocative of a Waterbender, manoeuvred over to Geb, before giving a swift nod of understanding of the situation, and saying

"Listen my man. Life is too short. If you want something, you have to go right in and take it. Like so"

In one fluid motion, water produced itself from unseen pouches strapped to his back, before bending around and tackling Geb, hurtling him head first through the door and into the female baths. Sinking like a rock, Geb rushed to break the surface of the water, gasping for air as he did so, right in front of Daiyu's partially submerged chest.

"...Is this heaven?"

"I figured you'd try something." she said, playfully splashing him. "Just be glad I'm in a good mood right now."

"How good a mood exactly?" he said with a smile on his face and a sly wink, the situation going better than he had expected of being thrown into a female bath.

"Oh, it's Geb, master of subtlety as always!" her face contorting to try and suppress her laughter.

He turned to see Chi chortling at the the sight of him soaked to the bone.

" 'Scuse me miss..."

A wave of water erupted from beneath him, once again sending him sprawling mid-air, before leaving him beached on the floor outside the bathroom, flailing aimlessly to find his feet after the series of water-borne attacks.

Slightly staggering, Geb made his way towards the barracks where he had flung his belongins, muttering something about getting ready for dinner.

"Yeah, hopefully. He does seem to be rather drawn to you though."

Daiyu shrugged. "What can I say? I tend to attract them. Apparently, men like bad girls." She reached for a towel, saying, "I think I've had enough for now, I'll get dressed and meet you all for dinner."

Senji walked to the monks barracks to tell them of Gebs activities, and went to the dining room. He decided to wait patiently in the corner, hoping to take part in no more antics till dinner.
