I don't change it often because I'm not well known so it could be how people remember me.

I must say that I am too lazy to look up a cool avatar, though this one the escapist provides I like, so I went with it. Not that I'm well known or anything, having made a grand total of 15 posts in 5 months.

EDIT: wow, 22, what an amazing difference!

I used to change mine with the seasons. I would photoshop different articles of clothing on TK-421 according to what time of year it was, but I usually don't take the time to change it at all anymore.

I change avatars every now and again, but I almost always use the Broswagonist from Persona 4.

I suppose his face is my face here.

I haven't changed mine in, like... ever.

Maybe I should do that.
You haven't had a significantly disturbing one in quite some time. I think my favorite was the one involving the queen.

I don't change it all that often, maybe once every three or four months. For a long time (the first two or so years I was on here) all my avatars were A Song of Ice and Fire related, but then they started popping up everywhere, so I changed to baseball related avatars.

I keep it the same for long periods because people often identify users from their Avatars. You want to be recognized you gotta stay consistent. On average I change about every 6 months.

I use to have one avatar since I made this account. It was a little tiny sleeping Kirby. I loved the simplicity of the avatar and it was Kirby, who could deny it. It wasn't until a little earlier this year when reading a webcomic, I saw the main character make this face and I knew I had to use it somewhere. Thus, my long Kirby avatar got retired and this one has taken its place.

I changed my avatar a bit when I started out, but I'm sure I'll be sticking with this one for a long time. I'd rather people did remember by my avatar than my name. I kinda feel like some annoying CoD player with this name. :p

I made my avatar myself (wadya mean it shows) and it fits my username. Also, avatars are the most likely way to recognise someone here (not that anyone recognises me....)

I've changed my avatar a whole bunch of times to a whole bunch of characters. So far, there's only one that's ever been repeated. Not this picture specifically, but it was various pictures of this character. Heck, the first time even used the original red-eyed version.

It is indeed. Hi there.

OT: I only ever change to variations of cheery Anubis over there. Usually seasonally.

I'm not part of some "clique" or however you'd like to call it as on some other forums, so I feel no need to change up my identifying image. I only ever come on here for discussion or out of total boredom, so I don't feel the need to change it, I suppose.

I used to like changing it but now everyone associates me with my current avatar. On a selfish note I like when people keep their avatars (or change it to a similar avatar) because I find I recognize people better by their avatar rather than their name.
Pretty much this to a 't'. (What does that mean anyway?)

"It was, Fappy.
Fappy who?
You know. The winking cat.
Oh, his name's Fappy? I like that cat."

I've only just changed my avatar of about three years to a new one about a week or so ago. It's weird, but it is still an avatar of Boris Johnson (or Donald Trump to some), so it's not exactly all that different. But as a rule I like to keep an avatar. It kind of becomes a face, a feature to recognise by, and unless we're all secretly Faceless Men I wouldn't have thought we change our faces all that often.

Didn't you have a cute little fox for a while? Or was that someone else?

I don't like changing my avatars, so that people will have something to remember me by.

Okay, mine right now is pretty generic, but I might change it for something slightly more memorable.

I stick with the theme of Klonoa. (the cute thing on the left)
But because it's a old PS1 game it makes it hard to get good images.
Took me ages to get this one right and I had to start of by scanning the original cover.
