Syrus - Cyrus or however you wish to spell it. I like alternate spellings, makes the name feel special.
I'm a German born Romanian and my name is Karol - with a K. Usually in Romanian, it's written with a C, and is the local form of Charles.
I like Silas too.
One other name I truly fell in love with is Zander. For those not nerdy enough, even if it's an alternate spelling of Xander (Alexander), it's also the name of the main guy in GuavaMoment's let's play on the Something Awful forums.
Also a girls' name I like is Sonia/Sonja/Sonya. You can take it as the name of the b**** in Mortal Combat, but I tend to remember it as the name of a distant relative I liked in my very early days.

Please, OP, for the love of whatever deity you passionately believe in the existence or non-existence of, don't use any of the name suggested here. Everyone I know who has an "awesome!" name, hates it. That includes me. I've explained this in other threads, so I won't go into excruciating detail now, and simply close by saying I know of what I speak.
