I'm likely the biggest Oblivion fan on the Escapist, unless you played it for 2500+ hours, but I would never have tried anything like this. I salute you!
Haha, well I've got +1500 hours in! Does that count for something?
Thanks for reading! If you like, the second part is up here!

That's pretty solid for time. You may catch up...Is it the PC or console version? Mine's the 360 version. Nice second story. Could you do the Mage's Guild for your next story? Like the Bruma recomendation quest, to be specific. I know that's a good starting point for the guild.

That's the 360 version! I literally wore out the rubber nubs on my one controller playing that game.
I might do mages guild next! I haven't really decided. I'd like to finish off the Dark brother hood, and then mash all of them together into one large story. Think of it like a 'collector's edition', because I'd also like to add to each story to round it out more.

After that, though, I'm open for whatever.

Seeing as they're apparently making TES novels now, do you think they could hire Baby Tea to do a Dark Brotherhood one? I just read "The Lonely Wanderer", and, seriously, this stuff is great. I see this as being one of the few ways the TES novels could actually be good.

Haha! Well I'm not sure I'd get work doing this, but thanks for the compliment! It's interesting to see they are making books now. I figured they would have done that much earlier.

Thanks for reading, though! Good to know it's being enjoyed! I certainly like writing them!

It was a good read, You didn't concentrate so much on some of the key moments that I thought you would, but it was good none the less. The intro was a bit hard to follow at first, and the introduction of mainline story characters could have used more detail, but it's still an interesting take on the story.

Yeah, I don't touch too much on the main character (Other then that he's a 'son of Valenwood' I.E. a Wood Elf) since it's written in journal form. You don't often describe yourself in your journal. I might describe him later when Arquen is finished reading, but that'll have to wait until then.

As for Arquen herself, I suppose I could go over the Epilogue and describe her and the situation in more detail. Maybe I'll do that near the end to round everything off so even the uninitiated could enjoy this a bit more.

But thanks for the feedback, and thanks for reading! I always appreciate and read the comments!

I like these latter additions, they flow nicely and add just enough more each time to keep it interesting without giving too much away. Very well done sir.

I cant wait for you to do more! They are superbly well written and makes me want to read more every sentence. I cant wait for you to get to the mission where you are at a lock in. That was one of my favorite missions, and you do such a good job, I know you will make it even better than when I played it. I have high hope in you. I dont think that you can let me down!

I have but one suggestion after reading part 5.

I'd suggest you make a clear difference in the narrative and in speech, with italics is probably best. It just makes the whole thing easier to follow.

Keep up the good work, it's a very entertaining read.
