Doritos did a survey about gamer women and looks at the resulets

49% of women play video games online, compared to 50% of men.

women spend 23.1% of their time playing games online, compared to men who said they spent 22.3% of their time

84% of the women taking the survey said they enjoy gaming

75% of the women enjoy taking a bath

71% of the women enjoy shopping

70% of the women said they enjoy sex

62% of the women enjoy exercising

17% of the women play online games in bed

There are multiple sites publishing articles saying that women play video games nearly as much as men (which is awesome) and they enjoy it (more awesomeness). Unfortunately these sites are also saying that women like gaming more than shopping and sex.

I say screw statistics and long live common sense. If statistics showed me anything it's that we live in a either verry depressing or plain dumb world so I wouldn't worry about it. I just relate to what I see and not what some random statistic shows me.

Honestly, I think everyone is just worrying about it too much. I have NEVER in my life heard of anything as ridiculous as Doritos' recent survey on this subject.

Personally I don't take info from Doritos since that one commercial with the mouse suit guy.
But honestly, I'm not surprised that sex isn't the number one thing that most women enjoy, it's up there.
but for practicalities sake, how often can they go around having sex, and how many shots does the dude have a day. So reasonably, video games don't need a smoke break or a days rest.......or a rubber, so why wouldn't they like it better?

Even if it is true, I'm not worried. Just because some women might prefer video games to sex doesn't mean they don't like both activities.

Yes but 100% women in that survey have not been with me. Gentlemen with a few contact details from Doritos i intend to fix these statistics!

im so sorry i coudnt help but make the obvious joke = P seriously though im more concerned that more women prefer shopping over sex! I hate shopping :/

Also i wish some of these women gamers would buy headsets. Im sure theyd have something more interesting to say than 90% of the gobshites on xbox live. Plus it cant hurt to have a more vocal role in the online gaming community
