Ooooooooooooh. I have a character. Not really a tank but she is nigh unstoppable in the right hands.
they pyro has never been confirmed to be a girl.
Nor has she been confirmed to be male and thus I subjectively infer Valve's hints as Pyro being a female and thus that is how I represent her.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Pyro is a male as much as he is a female.
No, that is all there is to say this statement,
NO. The Pyro has no currently established gender and acknowledging that does not invalidate whatever gender you personally assigned to it. And according to me it is female, or from your perspective, male as I infer from your own consecutive biases below which contradicts you statement that the Pyro is as much male is it, or as you put it, he is female. The gender at this point is subjective. Additionally your mention of bursting my bubble which assumed that I was enveloped in some sort of self delusion, how did you infer that?

My statement did not at anytime make such implications that you yourself inferred. I stated that the Pyro's gender is subjective. That does not make the Pyro just as Male as it does Female which is an invalidation of subjectively assigning it a gender.

Plus, there's this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bi8iI-zwsDQ].
Plus, there's this.
It is called a placeholder. When creating a 3D model of a helmet I will always use a fully modeled head as reference. Leaving it in is either laziness or an opportunity for an Easter Egg. Furthermore that face in almost no way reflects the painstakingly adhered to art style of TF2.

And if that's not enough, the body lines of the Pyro are clearly masculine and not exactly feminine. The voice sounds more male than female under the mask, as well.
The body lines are ambiguous, you are assuming that the hyper unrealistic proportions of the other characters would not also apply to a female. Also given the ridiculous nature of the TF2 universe, the canon nature of respawning, and pseudo-sentient diesel-punk machines that run on money, it would not be a far stretch to assume a Scooby Doo esque costume is being used where it does not resemble the proportions of the person wearing it.
BUT on the other hand you could just as easily argue that the already featured females had significantly more realistic proportions and that in turn invalidates the above argument, vise-verse.
As for the voice, it sounds completely gender neutral to me.

The cast of TF2 is male-only, so there's that too.
And that means what? There are three semi-well established female characters outside of the comics and as thus I cannot fathom as to why it would be outside the realm of plausibility that a female character would be playable

I think the female thing might be just a joke, wherever they hinted at it.
And you can think that all you want and you would not be anymore right or wrong than I am believing that the Pyro is female.
Valve has held such steadfast resolve to depict the Pyro as ambiguously gendered by keeping the Pyro hidden whilst giving it an overall masculine curve while at the same time depicting most of its effects and a few taunts as exclusively feminine. I would be hard pressed to view this as simply a joke but rather a go-ahead to believe the Pryo as either gender by Valve.
You are completely right to assume that the Pryo is male just as I am to assume it is female but the structure your argument is a tad nonsensical. You first apologise for bursting my bubble then state that the Pryo is as much male as he is a female but then claim that is what you (incorrectly) inferred from me. You then go on to make points (all but 2 not completely invalid) that suggest the Pyro is male in a manner the suggests your initial statement is supported by this. That did not flow very well.
