I'm in England, so I guess it would have to be the rain. I'd rather it be -11C than 8C and raining. Makes you so miserable. At least the snow gives a nice view, regardless of how inconvenient it makes trying to drive.

I like winter, When im inside and warm, but it tends to be im inside during summer & outside during winter.

So in general, I cant wait for winter when im all hot, sweaty & blech during summer, But longing for summer when im freezing my tits off in winter.

In all fairness, At least you're never too hot to sleep during winter.

I actually don't mind wintery weather. It's the side effects that bug me. Like all the power outs, and thunder storms.

...I have sensitive ears.

Forget cold toilet seats!
The retards who built my house seemingly ran the hot water pipes along the outside walls, and gave it an underpowered water heater to begin with, so that when you go to take a shower the maximum hot setting is COLD while the pump pumps the icy water out, and then the pipes are cold so you only get lukewarm water to shower with, and then the water heater runs out of hot water.
Also, when you are walking in WET SHOES (soaked through, thank you very much) in 10-20 degree weather (Below that, wear boots)

Whenever I'm stuck in the freezing cold, shoveling out our extensive driveway while it continues to snow, and I lose feeling in my ears, nose, fingers, and toes, and I'm always on the verge of slipping and breaking my neck, I remind myself of the Germans stuck in Russia, in temperatures ranging all the way down to -40 degrees Celsius, with dwindling supplies, no way to get back through snow sometimes going up to their chests, their transport freezing and guns jamming constantly, and on top of it all, the wrath of the re-mobilized Red Army bearing down on them with untold, vengeful wrath in the form of millions of soldiers, tanks, calliopes, planes, anti-aircraft guns, and more.

And suddenly I feel much better.

2) I believe I have a disease (Don't know the name) which causes my extremities (Hands and feet) to grow numb and uncomfortable. It's generally harmless, but quite annoying. My feet will always freeze up at the toes, changing colour to a pasty white and, if nothing is done, they will start turning purple. Also, my hands will start to freeze and turn purple-ish.
My hands and feet do that too. And then they stop working.

OT: I hate cold.

I prefer the Winter, because I hate the sun (sensitive eyes, I burn easy, etc.), I like the cold, and there's generally smaller crowds in the off chance I have to go outside.

I also like reminding myself I'm descended from those Russians. :)

Why was the dududf banned for his post?
OT: In aus its great having a cold day, as opposed to 40 degree celcius windy and humid days.

Join the club. We pwned them like there was no tomorrow.

As for winter, one reason I like it is because it's always manageable to get warm, but in hot/humid weather, it's next to impossible to actually cool down.

One and only problem is my hands turning to ice as i type this. Central heating is not as effective as it should be.

I should probably mention that i'm Russian, so i actually have snow outside.

Yeah I found that bizarre as well.
There's nothing offensive about it, that's for sure. Makes me wonder what drugs this mod was on.
It wasn't because of that post, but it was because there is already a user dududf, and he's been here far longer than that doppelgänger of his.
OT: I pretty much like winter, except when there isn't snow, winter seems just pointless then.
