i havent heard of them. what genre are they and who do they sound like?Saika said:Thanks for the welcome, that's the third one in three posts. Love this place already.
On topic: I just remembered my biggest band that I miss, and I have no idea how I didn't think of it sooner: ORGY. I still break out Vapor Transmission just to hear Fiction (Dreams in Digital) every so often. Such an amazing song, and album for that matter. Sure, they constantly state that they're getting back together and touring soon, along with "big surprises" for Orgy fans every year, but I've more or less lost hope at this point. Anyone who remembers Orgy gets major points in my book.
System of a Down is broken up?!?!?! damn it!IdealistCommi said:System of a Down, by far.

Tv on the Radio. Please play again
On September 3, 2009, Tunde Adebimpe announced that TV on the Radio would be taking a year long hiatus.
Chill out man theyll be back.
I would say Blink182 but I just went to their show in Cincinnati for their comeback tour 23,000 people and we were upfront *gleeeeee*
When i saw this post the first thing i thought of was Led Zeppelin. I have a bunch of friends who think they should go back and do a reunion tour, but honestly i think that would ruin them. The amazingness(i dont care if it isnt a word) of the band was how close they were. It is amazing to think of how they were able to give up all their careers to show respect for John Bonham.MicrosoftPaysMe said:me toodsau said:i give them mad respect for thisMicrosoftPaysMe said:Led Zepplin but the reason they stopped is the best example of how tight they were. When most bands brake up because of money, fights, or girls Led stopped playing because their drumer died and they refused to get a new 1.
I loved when a reporter asked Jimmy Paige why they didn't get a new drumer and he said "Led Zepplin was about the 4 of them not 3 of them and someone else"Dooblet said:When i saw this post the first thing i thought of was Led Zeppelin. ...electro-rock? I suppose that would be the best way to describe it. Here's the song I mentioned.dsau said:i havent heard of them. what genre are they and who do they sound like?Saika said:Thanks for the welcome, that's the third one in three posts. Love this place already.

they were hard rock with a lot of electronic noise, they were awesome! miss them too... as for who they sound like... powerman 5000, a much lighter version of static-x, deadsy and rob zombie, that kinda rock... still to this day one of my favorite bands =)dsau said:i havent heard of them. what genre are they and who do they sound like?Saika said:Thanks for the welcome, that's the third one in three posts.
