Ever thought about doing a thread on Essex's own Pie and Mash. To you, you gentleman of scholar a simple meat pie with mash may seem like the meal of simpletons. BUT, with a sauce of lots of vinegar and some sort of alcohol you have the briton's finest way of eating the oh so amazing meal of "Pie". Why do I eat the sort of food Essex ruffions eat you ask? Well, my own mother originates from the area, but luckily she grew up with rich parents. Also, what do you think about that little bit of land to the west merely known as "Wales"? I actually come from that place, twas a fine residence and there is no beating the sound of sheep in the morning.

Bangers mash and peas/beans is indeed the greatest of all meals. Yorkshire pudding is an optional extra that in my view finishes the whole thing. If that cone is solid yorkshire pudding i may weep tears of pure hunger.
