Rayman Origins, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and Batman Arkham City are all really great games. Though really, it depends on what type of games YOU like

At the moment,

Dark Souls
Arkham City
Uncharted 3

Just recently picked up Human Revolution, so I can't comment on it just yet.
Ditto on the recommendations. I recommend you do not get Human Revolution. I protest it out of being broken. I tried to play a stealth build and couldn't finish the game because of the unfair boss battles that can only be beaten with a combat build.

Dark Souls
Deus Ex: HR
...don't really care for the other options, so maybe Uncharted 3 for the shiny graphics?

I've only played Deus Ex, but I'd recommend it if your one of those people who like being a badass, because even though there are "nice" options, no-one is playing the game for them

Rayman Origins, awesome platformer
Soul Calibur V, huge fan of the series kinda hard to adjust to the change to the control system
Deus Ex Human Revolution, fantastic game

Rayman Origins
Batman Arkham City
Dark Souls

Though to be honest Rayman is the only game I have played on that list, and Dark Souls is the only other game I am thinking about playing. I hear nothing but great things about Batman though, and I did play Arkham Asylum and know that's pretty decent. So I would recommend Batman.

First: Dark souls. I absolutely love hard games, and this one is hard, hard sprinkled with 'I am gonna kill you slowly with a spoon, and you better like it.' powder... So yeah, did I mention it's hard?

Second: Resistance 3. If you liked Half-Life, then you will like this, for this is pretty much more of it. Which is good, since Half-Life is my fave game franchise.

Third: Soul Calibur V. Why? Because I love fighting/hack'n'slash games. Simple as that.

Out of those, if I had to recommend just 3, I'd say:

- Batman: Arkham City

- Resistance 3

- Deus Ex Human Revolution

If you have the money for 3 games, or just feel like you need "JUST 3 MORE!"

Then stfu and rent Dark Souls, and Rayman.

DS is too hard and you'll either give up or buy it, and Rayman can probably be beaten within your DS "I Fking Hate this game so I'll play an easier one" Downtime.

You'll save money for when some real good games come out. Like RE6 and Last of Us.

I'd go with the last three.

Batman Arkham City
Resistance 3
Deus Ex Human Revolution

Dark Souls
Cause it's the only game I've played on a modern console that gives me a challenge
Arkham City
Cause it's just pure brilliance. And you play as the goddamn Batman
Uncharted 3
It's just an extremely fun game to play or watch. There are so many awesome moments in that game.

I personally love the Soul Calibur franchise. It's just a really fun and easy to learn fighting game. It has a lot of flaws though so I can't recommend it to everyone. Number five has a godawful story like usual. And a fresh batch of clones.
