Battlefield 3 Beta - Your Thoughts?

How many maps are actually going to support 64 player conquest mode? Im interested in buying the game for the conquest mode but if they only have like 2 maps then that would be pretty disappointing.

There's going to be at least a dozen maps...

It's already known that if you Pre-Order the Limited Edition of the game you will also get:
Wake Island (the most played Battlefield 1942 map that also got a remake in Battlefield 2)
Strike at Karkand (the most played/beloved - and also my favourite - Battlefield 2 map)
Gulf of Oman + Sharqi Peninsula (both remade Battlefield 2 maps)

From what we know of the released Info about Battlefield 3 till now, there's at least going to be:
Caspian Border (the map that was playable in Beta, and it was pretty great if I might add )
Operation FireStorm (they've been talking about / demoing it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMcn8ybvOes&hd=1

But I bet there's going to be at least 10 total, so at least 4 more they haven't talked/demoed yet and there will be more later anyway.

Wow lots of maps, maybe buying battlefield 3 will be worth it after all, I mostly buy military shooters for the campaigns because I can go back and enjoy them at my own pace, but with so many maps for multiplayer and a co-op mode....it seems well worth it. Just hope they aren't misleading us about fixing the bugs and having a updated build for release but I don't doubt they would eventually patch it if so.

Oh my god....Need I get into details?
It's glitchy as shit, the guns are horrible, the cheap deaths are worse, the 'one map, one mode' thing is getting annoying, & everytime I play there seems to be multiple campers camping under the map.

So my verdict? Hate it, and my excitedness for Modern Warfare 3 grew more from this.

It's a bit buggy here and there, but generally it's fun to play.

I can't wait for this ^^ hopefully it won't be as buggy as it is now, and hopefully the story will be decent.

Too bad, I was going to give it another try.
Hopefully they will release an actual demo although I highly doubt this. So far Im going to be avoiding this game.
