Alyx Vance (Half-Life 2): Caring, actually human personality, and you get a FIRST PERSON HUG from her! How often does that happen?

Liara T'soni (Mass Effect): She's a scientist with psionics. 'Nuff said.

Tali (Mass Effect): Though she never takes off that environment suit, she seems to be pretty kind beneath that visor.

Hotness-wise:
