I think Quistis in FFVIII was the first one, at least as far as my memory serves, and my female player characters tend to turn out pretty cute. I kind of had the hots for my FemShep, since she looked like Rose Rollins and, well, Jennifer Hale has a voice that could melt steel. Speaking of sexy voices, Morrigan from Dragon Age is certainly up there as far as hot characters go, plus I like her attitude. =D

Raiden (MGS), Tidus (FFX), Yuri (Shadow Hearts), Urick (Drakengard 2), Steve (RECV), and Nero (DMC4).

I'm tempted to mention Light from Death Note or Caim from Drakengard but their personalities don't leave much room for anything beyond killing and insanity. -shrug- They're still pretty hot though.
