Nah... Back when I was a teen (and thus more susceptible to that kind of thing), boobs were too square to be interesting. Unless, y'know, you have a brick fetish or something.
Edit: Interestingly enough, it also seems that modern games fail to meet the qualifiers for what I'd call "attractive": They're too glossy, or just damn doll-like. Really do wish they'd find a way to not make women reflect like as though they were made of porcelain.

And I got girl crushes on Ada (Resi Evil 4), Lady (DMC3) and Faith (Mirror's Edge). Now that I think about it, that sounds pretty damn weird...
