I was reading through ever post here, trying to remember if I have ever had the hots for any video game character. But no. Not one. Then this post shows up:

Oh yes. Velvet, Janette/Therese... the women in that game... hot stuff! Might be the fact that they are vampires (good vampires at that), and I have always loved stuff like that.
And they act so seductive and stuff as well. So I dare anyone to not have the hots for at least one of the female (or male if that floats your boat) characters in that game.

*twiddles thumbs* I always had this thing for Artemus and Benny from the Thief games. Also, I -really- love Altair from Assassin's Creed.

On another note, I'd want a Rabbid as a pet.

Solid Snake/Naked Snake are fine pieces of man. I used to like Raiden as well actually, back when I was about 14.

And although he is a complete womaniser, I find Ezio (Assassins Creed 2) a really attractive character, including his womanising personality.

Nathan Drake, because when you get his shirt wet, it clings to his body... aw yeah.

Oh and my Rockband bands bassist, Thunder. I do not have a piccyture of him sadly.

Hmm... the list of shame.

Bhodhi from BG2, she may have been a soulless, undead *****. But damn she was hot.
Cammy from Street Fighter - do I need to explain why?
The "Sisters" from Vampire bloodlines. (I sound like a vampire fetishist... seriously, I am not)
Alyx Vance is an obvious choice.

The list goes on... although Leela from Futurama is the ultimate (fictional) woman for me.

Alyx Vance is not particularly hawt, i have a reason to believe that people actually fall "in love" whit her personality.

I'd say Ivy. Well, Arkham Asylum Ivy.

... And Sylvanas Windrunner, WotLK version. *hides in shame*

Well I was first starting to really notice girls around the time Jet Force Gemini came out, so despite the blockiness, Vela's probably the first video game girl I looked at that way. Plus a friend and I found that if you locked the targeting so she was facing the screen and ran forward into a wall you could see through the wall to her bouncing boobs. My first encounter with "jiggle factor", but I was only 11 so cut me some slack =P

Followed subsequently by Joanna Dark, Cammy, Konoko from Oni, Talim circa Soul Calibur 2, (Zero Suit) Samus, Shina and Alice in Bloody Roar: Primal Fury, Jade from Beyond Good & Evil, the ladies of Luminous Arc 2, particularly Karen, Luna and Fatima... I could go on, but yeah... I think that'll do.

Ah, no video-game character has ever actually given me a boner, though I've recognized several as being quite hot. Strangely, I'm gonna have to agree with a couple previous posters and say The Witch is surprisingly attractive. I... can't really say why o.o
A teenish girl in panties and a bra covered in blood crying in a dark corner... hmm nothing rape- i mean wrong with that.
Erk! I actually think you ruined it for me.

Personally, I always saw her as strong rather than weak, despite the crying (she'll kick your ass if you mess with her <.<)

I'm not saying I have one now, but as a kid I was rather fond of Joanne Dark from Perfect Dark. Anyways you don't want to hear about my fantasies, I want to hear about yours. Which set of pixels gave you your first e-boner?

Edit: Virtual voluptuous magnificent mammaries are cool and all, but I mean a character who you'd dream about dating, for her personality as much as her bust size personality.
If you meant that, you probably shouldn't have said, and I quote "which... gave you your first e-boner?"

Has Zoey from L4D been pointed out yet? She's awesome in pretty much every way, from a "desirable for a relationship" standpoint.

Uhm.

Well, I dunno'. I've recognized tons of game characters as attractive, but never even thought about a relationship, simply because I don't usually dream about characters I can't have.

Plus, we don't usually learn enough about anyone in our games, besides maybe the protagonists.

Hmm, I was rather attached to Squall from FFVIII when I was younger. I was probably 10 or 11 years old at the time.

C'mon, you might have well asked if we all had a head.

Some examples are Elizabeth Conway from Time Crisis 4, Shaundi for SR2, and (oddly) Courtney Gears from Ratchet & Clank 3

Pyramid Head.
That gave me a laugh out loud, thanks. If it was serious then it gets an even bigger laugh.

Liara T'Soni. Does that make me a weirdo? :p
To qoute Zap Brannigan
"We have failed to uphold Brannigan's Law. However I did make it with a hot alien babe. And in the end, is that not what man has dreamt of since first he looked up at the stars?
[pause]
Kif, I'm asking you a question."
Ada Wong if you need a human, I suppose.
Also I thought Poison Ivy in AA was damn finely rendered.

Well, people may have the hots for movie characters, are video games really that much different?

A confession, yes. Not saying who.
