Jill Valentine in RE. About it.

Otherwise, anything Kate Beckinsale plays or voice acts just takes me right there. (She's goddamn hot, OKAY!?)
Dont worry... No one will argue about lady Beckinsale.

In no particular order:

Tira - Soul Calibur III
Tali - Mass Effect
Archer - Disgaea
Kairi - Kingdom Hearts II
Naminé - Kingdom Hearts II
The other two girls from the Roxas flashback - Kingdom Hearts II
Female Forsaken - World of Warcraft
Female Blood Elf - World of Warcraft
Xion - Kingdom Hearts RANDOMNAMEANDNUMBERS
Judy Nails - Guitar Hero III
Shirley Crowley - Guitar Hero whatever

But perhaps the main one at the moment is... my Rock Band girl [http://www.rockband.com/wallpaper/3304425/2]!
Holy crap I know someone who looks almost exactly like your rockband girl!

Scantily clad characters with little to the imagination, like the DOA girls or Ivy Valentine or whoever, don't appeal to me. I've never had the hots for them. Characters like Rikku, April Ryan, and Alice (from American McGee's Alice) appeal to me much more...

I totally expected to hate Morrigan before I played Dragon Age, what with the ridiculous side boob and over the top make up. However, she is so well written and extremely well voiced by Claudia Black that I fell for big time.

Anyone who has finished the game knows what this is all about:

No, but some of them have been varying degrees of "cute".
Ibuki and Sakura from various Street Fighter games.

Lulu from (that utter POS) Final Fantasy X...

Although I don't like to admit it, I find quite a few attractive (although whether these are more anime characters is debatable):

Jessica - Dragon Quest VIII
Sakura - Street Fighter
Fuuka/Mitsuru - Persona 3
Chie/Yukiko/Naoto - Persona 4
Tifa - FFVII (gets slapped for being so obvious)
Lulu - FFX

I hope other people apart from me have mentioned the Shin Megami Tensei series. ATLUS seem to prey on gamers with their females. And guy above me that's mentioned Alice from 'Mcgee's Alice', you're awesome. Her voice is... unbelievable.

Oh yeah, all the time. Two main keywords here: "Touhou" and as Travis Touchdown very succintly put it: "MOE~"

I could start making a list starting from Tifa of FFVII fame, but everyone's heard that one a million times for sure. And it'd most likely take for hours to compile. Additionally I'd just like to comment: Everyone is gay for Bridget. Not to mention Jun Watarase, he's pretty big on the internets too. And then there's Tieria from the new gundam series, but that's not a game I guess... So uh, err, yeah. That's all folks.

Strangely, I'm gonna have to agree with a couple previous posters and say The Witch is surprisingly attractive. I... can't really say why o.o

Of course. If you're asking about first, well...I honestly don't remember. Might have been Shadow and Jetta from Eternal Champions, back when I was young and confused, when I'd discovered self-pleasure but didn't recognize it.

These days, though, naturally. I seem to remember explaining to someone why <url=http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/5596/340s.jpg>Sakura Matou from <url=http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/9713/322dm.jpg>Fate/Stay Night is a <url=http://img18.imageshack.us/img18/2290/341ip.jpg>sexy goddess. Oddly enough, she's also startlingly close to my real life standard of beauty (if her skin was darker, she'd be perfection incarnate).
No offense meant, but I don't see the appeal at all there. She looks like an insecure, very young girl, not for me thanks. :p

OT: Yep, lots of times probably, but no crushes or anyone that I even remember having the hots for. I'm just a sucker for nice boobs (not gigantic ones, good ones). :)

Edit: I can't believe how many like the Witch! Seductive vampires, sure, but a semi-rotten, anorexic, claw-murderer? :O

In no particular order:

Jessica McCarney from Dead Rising.
Annah from Planescape: Torment.
Mai Shiranui from King of Fighters (The one where they took a vast technological leap and began animating her chest independently, of course. I was a teenager, and vulnerable).

I'm also willing to admit that I find female Tauren adorable.

Yes, I have and I do.

I have to say I think Alyx Vance was probably the major one I can think of. But there's been others (Oh god, the demoness lady from Dark Messiah), including my female Commander Shepard.

Yummy :3

Albert Wesker. The fascination stems from my like for villains in general. They're so cool and awesome and not corrupt despite the fact that they're evil. ;_; I wish they were real so we could have real heroes kick their asses.
^This. Very this.

Continuing along with the Resident Evil villain theme, I'd have to say Jack Krauser as well, maybe even more so than Albert Wesker. I've got a thing for guys who can do twenty foot back flips. He's horribly snarky yet he's got that sort of air to him that says he can definitely back it up. And the only people actually stupid enough to challenge him are ones that were knocked senseless by zombie invasions and horribly mentally scarred by them so they don't count.

Wait... that means that Krauser wouldn't count, either...

OH YOU GET WHAT I MEAN.

Another villain I'd have to say is Lezard Valeth from Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria. You know, before the whole Homunculus sparkle-world thing.

On the other end of the spectrum, I'd have to say a very yes to Billy Coen from Resident Evil Zero, Dylan from Valkyrie Profile (DYLAN, not Brahms, DYLAN! Brahms freaks me out.), and Jak, actually, from Jak and Daxter.
