My government:
First religion is given so special merits (taxes, land, ect). Government will have no relious sway at all. Metaphorically speaking the barrier between the two will be a 1000m high 100m thick steel reinforced concrete barrier. Second health care will be provided for all there will be no private health care system. Third, while new military funding will be given some funding the majority of research grants will go to the sciences and arts (arts is not just limited to paintings, sculptures and the like but is extended to cinema, comics, ect). Thats all I can think of so far.

P.S. Changed my mind about the whole religion thing as keeping politics and religion is a fool's dream. I would take all those who are religious and give them a satisfactory amount of land and separate the religious from the non. Let them sort there own shit out. Now if they wasnt to come over to visit that's fine I'll treat it the same way as going to a new country.
