I had one and yes I felt like a badass with it. But I shaved it off, I like something about the feeling of being clean shaven right now. Though you are right shaving everyday licks major ass.

Right now I've got the "Gorden Freedman" beard and mustache combo simply because I'm too lazy to shave half the time and only shaving half my face is a lot easier than the entire thing. Plus I'm never ID checked for +18 stuff (I'm 19 but a lot of my friends the same age still get carded for M rated games).

One day I want to have such an epic beard/ 'stache combo like that. One day...

At the moment I keep it shaved for JROTC, but normally I have something resembling a "beard," which is impressive among my friends but still has a ways to go.

I'd love a serious goatee, but my face is unable to produce real hair, just that thin, patchy, not so sexy quasi-beard stuff, that looks totally awful. I keep a little on my chin as a manliness indicator, because I have a somewhat feminine face. And I only have to shave once month tops.

yes in the past i have had a beard but due to the job i am now doing i need to be clean shaven, but they let me keep my hair long (so not so bad). And losing it was meet with great joy from my fiance with no more beard rash comment(LOL). Would love to grow it back one day.

No. Because while it is my quest to look as Metal as possible, if I grow anything longer than stuble I look like a sex offender on day release.

I have a goatee because I think I look terrible without one. It makes my chin more noticeable.

I'm not allowed to with my job. I'm a firefighter, and my mask will not create a proper seal without it, and I'm not going to breath that crap in, so I shave.

No, not yet at least. I'm doing my best to grow one out but no luck. I always look to young for my age.

I have kept a neatly trimmed goatee ever since I grew one as a lark and determined I looked like my evil twin from the mirror universe, ensuring I would never ever shave it off because that is totally awesome.

I detest shaving, I hate it with a passion, I've found no form of it, apart from getting it down at the barbers, that I can tolerate, electric, normal, whatever, but worse then shaving it's the horrible grimy itchy feeling that comes from being unshaven after 3 or 4 days.

If I shave I either end up with a small nick somewhere, or horrible irritated skin for a few hours, if I don't I feel dirty and my entire face itches like mad!

GRRRRRR. I'm damned either way.

Personally I'd pay good money for some form of anti facial hair device, I know that drug companies are spending fortunes trying to grow hair for the baldies out there, but damnit where is my no-shave cream!

Shave at the end of your shower. Much less irritation, because you get your skin all soft and hydrated and ready before hand.

No beard on me. I'll agree daily shaving is the worse man ritual that needs to be done. But I don't have one because It gives me an itchy feeling on my chin and my wife doesn't like kissing a bearded face. I was pulling off some nice cheek face hair for a while, but I stopped that after the X-Men movies because it was the exact same way Wolverine had it. >.>

yeah i have a goatee with a fitting mustach right now... and i'll never change that.

couse when i do i really get a baby face. :/ it happened once when i kinda slipped with my razor and took out a bit of it, so i had to remove it all or it would have looking shitty. and the first thing my colleages said when i came was "BABYFACE!"
and being 187cm that was kinda taking the piss :(
