I, like a few others on this thread, would like to see some sales figures for the sonic games (especially the latest ones, obviously.) As others have pointed out, they have to by making money off of them, or by now they surely would have either put it to rest, or return to what people like us consider "good."

Sonic Team...STAY AWAY FROM THE WII. keep it DS. You did really good with Sonic Rush, I didn't even hate Blaze. sure, you got a little off point with Rush Adventure, but there's definite potential there.

the weird thing is that they were making both games at the same time. I wish they would have just pooled their efforts and made one game that was decent. At this point, I think the game in near completion if not totally finished, which is even worse because it means that any mistakes they made in unleashed will probably pop up in the new one too.

No way man, the land value has gone waaaaay down recently. Trying to hold on to it for when house prices go up again ;-D.I'll give you the only decent part of Antarctica though.

Worst game. Seriously WHAT!? Why not just make a NEW character and put HIM in Arthurian legend?

Arthurian.. really? I thought it was more of the Mugabe legacy.. as in "On just F*ck off already". He once was a great revelutionary but has now far outstayed his welcome.

It's old news that the Black Knight is coming out. Chances are it'll be like Sonic and the Secret rings, decent after you get every power up....in other words not worth it.

Personally I liked Sonic Unleashed for 360, I just play the day levels, it's a fun game that looks great. But truthfully if I want to play a great Sonic game I have my genesis still hooked up.

And yes, it is old news. They annoucned it before Unleashed was even... *sigh* Unleashed. I'll go jump off a bridge for that.

Oh, for god's sake... This is by far the silliest idea they've thought of.

What they need to do is the following:

1. Kill off/blatantly drop every character except Sonic and Tails (and perhaps Knuckles).

2. Return to the olden days strictly linear levels where the main objective is to run as fast as possible, jump on bad guys, and pick up rings.

They did this perfectly in Advance, as well as Advance 2 and 3. And guess what? Those games were fun! Downright awesome! They almost realized it in Unleashed with the daytime levels, but then they decided to toss in the Werehog for the hell of it. Why Sega can't understand the obvious baffles me.
