I'll also vote for Dragon's Dogma, but I will contest that while it doesn't have dungeons, it does have a few caves, forts, and a few other places that are well worth farming. The enemies have a set day-cycle spawn timer, so you cannot just enter and exit the same place to farm which I love. It also has areas that you won't know you're not supposed to be in yet until you have a colossal enemy sitting on your face.
Also, while I prefer single player games over multiplayer, the way Dragon's Dogma's pawn system works is beautiful, though it can be easily abused if you know what to look for. Basically, you create your own pawn (companion) at the start of the game and once you reach a certain point, you can hire two more pawns to accompany you. The catch is the extra pawns for hire are the pawns that other players have created. You can hire their pawn, level them up, equip them, and once you release them back to the void, it transfers all items from the pawn to the original owner (an overly-complex trade/gifting system basically). The game is a blast and it takes a long time to complete.
