Worst: Contest between Oblivion and Two Worlds.

Best: Half-Life 2, Portal, Beyond Good and Evil, and... Psychonauts of all things.

Steve Blum voice-acting as Wolverine is really getting on my nerves; complete miscast. Now Scott McNeil (X-Men: Evolution) and Cathal J. Dodd (1992's X-Men) were great actors for Wolverine.

Best is GTA4 because there are so many voices, so many samples, it honestly feels like an entire city of people.

Worst for Oblivion for the exact opposite reason: 14 voices are not a world.
A-f***ing-greed

I have a hunch that there were probably only 4-7 different voice actors and some had to do multiple roles.

At least they somewhat squared that away with Fallout 3.

NOTE: Good anime voice actors like Wendee Lee and Steven Blu always seem to good in whatever role they play.

Good:
-Any Valve Game, TF2 and Portal being the high-water marks for me if only because I enjoy the humor and the delivery of said humor.
-Call of Duty: World at War. On the American side you are being led by JACK BAUER Keifer Sutherland. On the Russian side you're led by Gary Oldman. The voice work for the other troops is done fairly well too, often conveying just the right amount of emotion for a situation.
-Saints Row 2
-Halo series
-Fallout 3 (NPC dialogue issues aside)
-Command & Conquer series
-Deus Ex
-Mass Effect

Bad
-Operation Winback
-House of the Dead 2
-Deus Ex (yes it's possible to have both great and crappy acting in the same game)
-Resident Evil series

Hmm... Tough call. Best Voice Acting I've heard in a game would have to be... Psychonauts. The wide array of characters of various craziness, the voices really added to each character. Special note goes to Raz(For Most Realistic), Sasha(For Best Use Of Stereotypical Accent), and the G-Men(For Just Damn Funny).

Worst is much easier, the horrid acting and crappy writing of Far Cry(Or at least the Wii port of it, never played the original). It was actually kinda painful to listen to. Then again, I'm an audio snob.

In the catagory of Best Worst Voice Acting, I give the award to the entire Gex the Gecko series, for crappy voices that made crappy one liners a helluva lot more funny then they should of been.

I'd say best: BioShock, Half Life 2, Fallout 3, and Left 4 Dead

The ultimate worst voice acting of all time, Chaos Wars:

Well, Mark Hamill does a great job in Arkham Asylum. Sure, everyone else is great, but Joker steals the show.
Not sure about the worst.
