i love to conquer the world in video games, but i never had the chance to play risk... (sobbing)
i never lost a game of crossbows and catapults, the trick is to hide your men underneath your stationary catapult.Ernie Devlin said:Trouble for sure.
If you hate boards though i'd suggest Crossbows and Catapults also

Does that count?
I have no idea, I was hoping someone here had played it and could let me know...stinkychops said:I saw it in a store. Worth getting?dehboy said:Hopefully people remember what Monopoly is...a GAME. No need to get angry about it! However, Risk is global warfare, and if someone stabs you in the back in that game, you let them have it for the next couple days!Hiphophippo said:Also, by the end of a Monopoly game someone is going to hate someone else. Fights may break out. Monopoly is intense.GloatingSwine said:No it isn't.antipirate said:...but I hate Monopoly, it's like only a couple steps above snakes and ladders
Snakes and Ladders ends quickly. Monopoly is interminable. And by about a third of the way through you can tell who is going to win.
Has anyone heard of or played the board game Anti-Monopoly?
Ghettopoly is certainly my favorite of the Monopoly versions.snowplow said:AGREED.Sweet zombie moonshine said:Clearly Monopoly, I'll fight anyone who disagrees.
That game is great fun. Also it goes on a long time. I have 3 monopoly versions, that's how awesome it is.
