Spongebob's quality is going down, sadly. I still love it, but Invader Zim is just way more awesome, so that gets my vote.
Spongebob was good, as were billy and mandy, and invader zim, but those were just a tad goth for me.
I'm going to go with M.E.G.A.S. Xlr, it was good enough to attract the following to do voice work for the show.

... of course back in MY day, we had Hey Arnold ... and Doug ... and ROCKO'S MODERN LIFE and, REN AND STEMPY, and Dexter's Laboratory and, Johnny Bravo
Hell, even the live action shows were better! All That and Kenan and Kell were the bomb! Other notable mentions include Salute your Shorts, The Original Double Dare with Mark Summers and, Are you Afraid of the Dark.
Invader Zim is an excellent show though o.o;;
