If we can list shows that ran into the 2000s then I will go Angry Beavers.
If I have to go with something that started in the last decade then Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Great for kids, and mildly entertaining for adults.

No show in the last decade has been as good as Avatar. When that show ended I pretty much gave up on watching Nickelodeon.
I'm not a huge fan of children's cartoons anymore... I still love certain 90s ones for reasons of nostalgia. On the other hand, I believe that Samurai Jack existed within this decade. A show which had incredible art direction and I found genuinely enjoyable. So my vote goes to Samurai Jack.
Avatar: the Last Airbender is the best of the adventure based stuff hands down, Invader Zim(or spoungbob) for comedy tho Coruge the cowardly dog and Johnny Bravo are damn smart too.

Sorry if that sounded crule, but I saw NO cartoons what-so-ever that I was interested in. (I though Invader Zim was created in the 90's, anyway. And as for SpongeBob... well, let's just not talk about it.) Trust me, I looked for half the decade before giving up altogether. About the only cartoon that I've really enjoyed was Up, and that doesn't really count. So... yeah.
Still, I don't mind that you were able to enjoy cartoons of the last decade. I'm not trying to call you stupid, I just didn't really see anything I liked.

Avatar the Last Airbender, it beats the crap out of pretty much everything else you listed (possible exception of Megas, though I haven't seen it so I can't judge).
