After weeks of solid hard work while raiding in Warcraft getting that boss down for the first time, and the roar of triumph over ventrillo. Never felt anything that quite beat it, the only thing that came close was doing some of the Halo vidmaster achievements, some of which I felt I genuinely worked hard for.

Throwing yourself out of a helicopter on GTA 4 and landing on an old lady. (That made me proud).

Finally beating a boss/enemy/game you've been struggling with for a while.

That's it for me, too.
Nothing like dying a dozen times and then actually getting through it. It gives off the best feeling I get when I play, though it's mostly in RPGs when that happens to me.

It's that and running into a large group of enemies, no matter what the outcome.

Assassin's Creed, when you can go back and slaughter the annoying beggars and madmen without penalties.
And the view from the highest point in the game, which takes forever to get to, but is well worth it.

Aaaaaaanyway, launching demons to the sky, shooting and slicing them in midair and busting them in to the ground is exciting as hell.

The best feeling to me is when the enemy is at the gates, your capital is besieged and your armies pushed back, and then you launch such a beautiful counter-offensive that the enemy's armies crumble and you march into his domain.

I like RTS games.

Getting kritzkreiged as a Demoman in TF2 just as the enemy are all huddled around the cart in payload.

The first time I was ever in Ulduar, and my 10 man group 1 shotted just about every boss, (we couldn't down Ignis) we finished on Thorim...The down side was that I lost the tier piece.

gears of war(1). 4 enemies on a team. warzone. me with boomshot. only shot in the entire round. killed all four in one shot. couldnt believe it either.

Definitely sniping in Gears.... hell, most kills in gears... the boomshot's not satisfying, but successfully sneaking up behind someone and blasting them apart with a shotty is so satisfying.
