I probably didn't need to link it, but I did for the sake of continuity. Ominous, dark, and to some extent minimalistic. I think it gives a good sense of the game's atmosphere.

Bright, vivid colors, very friendly looking, and just like the game, offers absolutely no explanation as to why you are the one lone human (minus friends) in a village full of big-headed talking animals.

This isn't totally on subject, but I thought The Orange Box had the WORST boxart. I like the bright orange, but the composition was clunky, boring and looked hastily put together. Also, it did not clearly spell out the 5 distinct games included. It put Half Life 2: Episode 2 last and as an afterthought in small letters says "oh yeah and HL 2 and HL2: Episode 1".

And just to stay on topic, you gotta like Fallout 3's cover.

A lot of the Castlevania covers are excellent, but I think this one is the best of the bunch.

There are some great ones there but I have to go with L4D. I especially like Ico and Assasian's Creed. On Hitman the head of the guy looks like it's made out of some industrial strength gelitan(umm...for all your industrial gelitan needs...like...yea) Neverwinter nights is a good one an I loved that game.
