So by your logic a single simple grape is better than any wine ever made out there?
I don't get it.
Using your analogy the wines are varied and complex they always have good points but they always have flaws and not everyone will like the taste.
Everybody loves a grape though because they are simple and they will always have such a great taste.
Look at the Wii ping pong game, basically it's a glorified version of Pong which is why it's so popular.
Whoa, now!
Did you just say that everyone loves grapes? Untrue, my friend! I happen to know
two people who don't like grapes.
Also, Pong simply being simple doesn't necessarily make it good. Yeah, it achieved what it was going for, but that doesn't mean it's good. It's also dumb. That's the best term I can think of. The
entire point of the game is to bounce a ball back and forth. Not only that, the gameplay is both slow, and the only two things possible for you to do are move up and move down. While it can be entertaining for a few minutes, past that, Tetris comes up behind it and beats the shit of it with a long block.
Tetris has movement side-to-side, rotation, as well as stimulation of problem-solving mental processes. It is also flawless from a design standpoint. Its graphics are better (while that doesn't much matter, it is still a slight plus). Its gameplay is less repetitive. It has puzzle elements. There are no fanboys. It doesn't need graphics (but it still has them over Pong). You can be both casual
or hardcore with this game.
It wins.
