Half-Life 1.

While Half-Life 2 is good, Half-Life 1 has/had a massive modding community that essentially turned the one game into dozens. Plus despite being more than a decade old now it is STILL fun.

i thought morrowind was the best game ever when i first played it, but now id have to say either COD 5, gears of war 2, rainbow six vegas 2 or...dare i say it...street fighter 4

I'd say dead space too if it was a bit longer. i know its like 11 hours but its 1 player only. and multiplayer really adds longevity to a game

For me it a mix between Digimon world 1 for the PS1, Cave Story on the PC, Timesplitters 2 and Future on the PS2 Perfect and of course Incredible crisis for the PS1.

I cant pick a favourite between those.
