Beyond good and evil. It is one of the best games ever and is criminally underplayed.

Fairly certain that not enough people have played Extermination OR Shadow Madness.

I-War [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I-War_%28Independence_War%29], and I-War 2 [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Independence_War_2:_Edge_of_Chaos]. Excellent space combat sims a little bit like the Wing Commander games, but with Newtonian physics rather than WW2 dogfight style physics, and larger ships. Plus a first encounter with alien intelligence that was eerie and surprising, rather than aliens just being like humans in funny suits. Most of the time, you pilot a corvette, with four bridge stations and a small enlisted crew. There was a lot more to do than just combat, as well. Fantastic games, but nobody seems to have heard of them.
I really wish some dev would put out a game like this again.

The Patapon games, it seems like only a few select people on Earth ever play it... But I can see how not everyone will like it since it has pretty narrow appeal in taste.

Crystalis for the original NES.

That game introduced such awesome mechanics into the rpg genre and was a blast to play.

Panzer Dragoon Saga. Awesome, awesome game. It was released late in Sega Saturn's development cycle so it was only a limited release.

From Wiki:
Panzer Dragoon Saga was received with unanimous praise from international gaming publications, citing its sophisticated art direction, vivid and unusual story, and its cinematic, fluid battle system as particularly noteworthy. Official Sega Saturn Magazine UK gave it a review score of 96%...However, the game, coming late in the Sega Saturn?s life, was released in very small quantities in the US and Europe...and many retailers failed to meet pre-order demand.

Because of the title?s limited print run, English-language copies of Panzer Dragoon Saga are, today, something of a rarity.
Sad times, that game was pretty epic.

Sega Megadrive - Rings of Power [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rings_of_Power_(video_game)] (NaughtyDog).

I've met one other person. I've recently bought another Megadrive and printed the map, now all I need is a 6 week school holiday and a game journal. This game is very involved.

I'm gonna go and say Silver. PC RPG that game out in 1999.
I doubt a lot of people played it, but for me it was a great game and I probably played it for a year or 2.
Epic story, cool characters, and really cool combat with the mouse.

Maybe somebody recognizes it. 'Twas awesome! Too bad I don't have it anymore.

My avatar's game! Deadly Premonition has a very, very small group of people that actually have tried it. I don't blame them, it's wonky, quirky, but it has some crazy charm that I absolutely fell in love with.
