I pick.... Half Life 2, Mass Effect 2, Shadow of the Colossus, Psychonauts, Portal, Ico, and Okami. As for which one takes my pick for best game of the decade, I'd go for Okami. Definitive proof that games are indeed art while still being games in essence, IE: Fun as hell to play.

Mass Effect 2 is my favourite game of this decade, never have I gotten so obsessed and emotionally involved with a video game.

If I'm at a party or something I'll often end up just hanging with a bunch of friends and talking about Mass Effect 2 all night - that's how nerdy I am about it.

Worse...I'm basing my opinion off of the CONSOLE versions.

And I have the PC version, but haven't bothered with any mods outside of a Shivering Isles house and Deadly Reflexes.

It's a broken game, that's barely functional in almost all aspects until modded.

How am I trolling? He's allowed to have a different opinion thsn mine, but when he says it revolutionised gaming, I can't but draw the line there.
What did Oblivion revolutionise? Nothing. All of it had been done before in the games from the previous series, as well as several much older games from when I was a child.
It didn't do anything that now makes developers sit up and go "hmm, maybe we should borrow that mechanic too".
Know why? The game was just broken!

Lol I know what you're saying. I never let PC Elitism get to me, it's just as retarded as the XBOX vs PS3 flaming. Anyone who played Gears 2 knows it had a quality campaign.
