Best game that didn't get a sequel

The title explains the thread, what is your favorite game that stood alone, against the armies of sequals and Spinoffs?

For me, that would be Psychonauts, what about you guys?

I could have listed a couple of my Fav games but since just the passing of this years E3 all the games i woulda choose are now having a sequal made. but if i had to choose one befor this years E3 i woulda said Bioshock! its one
of its kind

If they could do some eternal sunshine of the spotliss mind type crap so I never have to think about KOTOR 2, and they remade that, I'd be pleased. If not, The Darkness. Although everything kind goes to poo poo at the end I guess.

Legend of Dragoon. Definetly, I'm not even a big JRPG fan but that was a quality title.

Psy-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy was awesome, and should get a next-gen make over. Making people's heads explode telekinetically = most fun to be had in video games.

Def Jam: Fight For NY. Still putting this as the best brawler/wrestler ever... EVER!

I don't think you understood what rincewind was saying. At all.

Arcanum richly deserves a sequel, although it didn't really do anything to set the stage for a sequel. But if Troika still existed, they could unquestionably push the calendar ahead a century or so and deliver yet another mind-blowingly awesome experience.

Cross your fingers, Rare are doing Banjo and Conker already came out, "Live and Reloaded", for Xbox. I loved that game, but I'd dread a sequel today because I'm a pessimist, and that's what we do.
