Um...Radical Dreamers and Chrono Cross....

Holy crap how come I never found Chrono Cross?? Is it anywhere near as good as the original?

depends on a 2 things, a. how you look at the game (espically the mindset your in when you start it), and b. who you ask. all i can say is that if you go into it thinking that its going to be exactly like chrono trigger then your in for a dissapointment, however if you go into it with an open mind and are more expecting it to be a kickass game like chrono trigger was a kickass game (NOT like ct), then your in for a very good gaming experience.

anyway, im kind of cheating here but opfor. sure there were more games in the half life universe, but im still waiting for something else out of opfor.

but to go along with this thread in its entirity, silent bomber for the ps1. that game is just too damn addictive and there are so many gameplay additions they could make that would make a sequal one of the most addictive games ever.

I would say Stubbs or Beyond Good And Evil but they're both getting sequels. Can't wait until Dead Rising 2 come sout as well.

Chrono Cross isn't a true sequel at all. I don't consider it one.

both chrono cross and radical dreamers take place in the same universe as chrono trigger, and both games center around some of the same things that took place in chrono trigger, so how then can you say that its not a sequal? just because it doesent directly continue with the exact same characters and all that shit?

I know it's already a sequel but I really wish they would've finished the story. Sega spent a fortune developing those games. It had it's problems, by that I mostly mean that the voice acting was comical and recorded with wooden microphones but all the same.
The ending to the second one was a cliff hanger that left one burning question in my mind... "Wanna play a game of lucky hit?" and... mirrors, revenge, etc.

SSX Tricky could use a sequel. I know there are three, but again, no sequels since last generation. Best snowboarding game EVER. Probably best extreme sports game... (Gold Metal Half-Pipe run with fireworks going off in the sky around me while I carved as a Swede wearing nothing more than a fedora and speedo.... A moment I will never forget, cemented in my gaming memory).

Also, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and trust that everyone remembers the PSOne title, Jet Moto and its three games and how awesome that game was, and how much I wish there was one on PS2, which there never was, and how there isn't gonna be one any time soon unless WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

One of my favorite racing games ever, along with Burnout and Mario Kart. It was just a great game, Jet Moto... God I miss it.

Even though it came out before shadow, it it essentially the sequel to the game. Ico takes place somewhere around 500-1000 years after SoC, cant remember. So it's pretty much a sequel if you think about it.
