Impossible Creatures, I doubt anyone has even heard of it but it was a truly awesome game.
check it out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impossible_Creatures
It was one of the few RTS's to have a decent storyline in the campaign.
Also its never really been done before or after, and there was going to be a sequel, but apparently microsoft pulled the plug. On top of that the multiplayer function was removed.

For people who are asking for a new oddworld game, I heard that they've decided to no longer make games and make some oddworld films, "as they always planned".
If you look on here thats a lot of games that have been cancelled which sound like they could have been awesome: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oddworld#Unreleased.2F_Cancelled_titles

Is Black from the PS2 (the best FPS on the console) getting a sequel? Because it should be getting one with a big whopping dose of multiplayer online to make it possibily one of the coolest things ever. Destructible enviroments is a game element that needs to be in more multiplayer games and especially FPSs. When I launching rockets into residential housing on CoD4, I don't it would stand up so well.

Chrono Trigger all the way
Um...Radical Dreamers and Chrono Cross....
Holy crap how come I never found Chrono Cross?? Is it anywhere near as good as the original?
Exactly, all of the Grand Theft Auto games take place in the same universe but none of them are sequels because unless your talking about Liberty City or Vice City stories none of them focused on the same character that the last game did.

And for me, I would have to say Psi Ops, I dont know if anyone else wants a sequel to that but it was freaking fun setting people on fire and throwing them across the room at another guy. I would also say Chrono Cross but I think they have already planned a new one.

Chrono Cross isn't a true sequel at all. I don't consider it one.
both chrono cross and radical dreamers take place in the same universe as chrono trigger, and both games center around some of the same things that took place in chrono trigger, so how then can you say that its not a sequal? just because it doesent directly continue with the exact same characters and all that shit?
Pretty much isn't that what a sequel is supposed to be?

Man, it's hard to think of good games that DON'T have sequels...

Perfect Dark for N64. I'm disowning PDZ as a game.

Anyone play Psi-Ops on the 360? One of the first games to integrate havok physics in a game and then gave you telekinetic powers to throw people into meat grinders and flame pits?

That game was great. Also, the way you gained health in that game was by sneaking up on enemies and then sucking their psi-force out until their head exploded. That's a game that needs a sequel.

EDIT: Hmm. Probably should have read the rest of the thread before posting. Oh well...

EDIT EDIT: What I'd really like to see is another Panzer Dragoon game. Orta on the Xbox was awesome and I'd love to see some more on-rails shooting games. You really don't see enough of them nowadays...

Yes you should. and I seriously thought tat I was the only one who loved that game, its too bad they put that much work into it for it just to end up sittin on the dusty corner of a Rogers Video bargain bin where I picked it up. though I havent played it in quite a while. and it had the best Ragdoll physics I've ever seen and heard, and I could tell it was by the same guys who mad MK because of all of the satisfying and gory death traps, am I the only one who enjoyed throwing the gaurds to the botom floor in the second level, then putting them half-undeeath the elevator and then squish them with the elevator? god that game was gory fun.

Oni (it would be awesome with multiplayer)
Ain't going to happen, Take-Two owns the rights to publish it, so Bungie would have to pull some major legal awesomeness out of it's collective bum to do it.
Or they could just have their army "negotiate with" (Read: burn down) Take-Two.

I do doubt that an army of Halo fans would be much tactical use, unless it was a against a civilisation that was crippled by verbal abuse and 1337.
I wonder how they would fair against a smaller, but most likely smarterer army of metal gear fans.

Conkers bad fur day.
but if i ever saw a anyone trying to make a new one i think i would die. they just wouldnt be able to match its hilariousness. (Live and reloaded doesn't count because it was the same game just rereleased with a crapper multiplayer)

i would love a sequel to The Warriors but im not sure how you would do it, unless you were to sandbox a whole create your gan game.

and a halfway decent sequel to perfect dark would be great. what were the creators of perfect dark Zero thinking when they created that turd
