Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2 for $15AUD at the EB Games bargain bin. Boyfriend also found Okami there for $11.
DEFCON and Uplink in one package for £4.50, and Mirror's Edge for £15 (and that was the year it came out, as well!)
Mirror's Edge is one of those rare games I can come back to again and again without getting bored of it. And DEFCON is wonderful for those times when you've had a bad day and just need to reduce a continent or two to radioactive ash to make yourself feel better. Great value, all told.

Dr. Muto, aside from being absurdly difficult, was an extremely good game for the 3$ I purchased it for like 6 years ago.

Well anyway best bargain I've gotten was Descent Freespace with the Silent Threat expansion for 10 mexican pesos which is little less than 1 dollar, that game is AWESOME.
