Silent Hill 2 for $10. Plus it was the Xbox version which is awesome because A) It has an extra sequence, B) It's harder to find, and C) I don't have a PS2 anyways.
Killer 7 for $10. Funny thing is, I didn't have money for it when I first saw it, so I buried it at the bottom of the bin and came back the next day to buy it.
For me, it would have to be the Orange Box for 20$. Even with the ps3 load times, it was excellent.
Bordelands (not the GOTY, so I don't have the DLC's), Bioshock, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Alpha Protocol for PS3 for about 8 US dollars each in a Norwegian electronics store. There are no typical game stores close to where I live, so I generally don't have a chance to check bargain bins for goodies. Anyways, I always wanted to try out Borderlands, and it was great fun. Bioshock is of course a good game too, and despite the reviews I enjoyed Alpha Protocol as well.
Dark Void for $10. This was back when it was brand new. So much fun, but not worth $60.
I also found both Diablo and Starcraft for $1 each and Final Fantasy VII for $2. I'm pretty lucky when it comes to finding good deals.

I bought VeXx, which I actually enjoyed, for perhaps a dollar. Dark Cloud 1 and 2 were probably 10. More recently, I bought Borderlands for 7.50 and spent over a hundred hours on four different coops with friends.
