How are guns a good invention?

I know its a shame isn't it? might as jump on the bandwagon. there should be a test that proves you are mentally stable and so on. this is taken on a monthly basis. if you fail the test then you cant buy guns or ammo or accessories.

Because, they are. We slowly advanced from using muskets, to bolt action rifles and pistols, then to submachine guns, and now we have Assault Rifles, Heavy Machine Guns, and other things. It is the perfect example of technology moving along.

They are still not a good invention, they didn't do the world an ounce of good

Guns are a beautiful, beautiful thing. A lot of people would disagree with you on that "they don't do the world an ounce of good".

Think of the amount of innocent people have died completly eradicates any argument for guns, it's like saying the nuke was a good invention

It was. Not only is a laptop toaster impractical, childish, and a waste of time, they take something good, that already works, and make it stupid. Guns aren't bad, people are.

People are worse. You saying that humans are a bad invention? Well, good reasoning! Time to eradicate the worst invention in the world: humans, freethinking and, all of that kind of stuff.

EDIT: My opinion on the guns topic: Guns are good. PERHAPS the world would be a better place if guns had never existed. It's hard to tell. But, they do exist, so deal with it, buy a gun. Protect yourself.
