HELLO ESCAPISSSTTTT.

Last Friday I went to see Architects, Devil Sold His Soul, Lower Than Atlantis and Norma Jean live at Camden's Koko venue; and it. was. amazing.

Without a doubt one of the best live events ill ever see in my life.

So what about you guys? Whats the greatest live show/performance youve been to?

Doesnt just have to be a concert; can be a play, a sporting event...a tv show?!

Lemme know:]

The Sage Francis and B Dolan one I went to under a month ago, not only are they both lyrical geniuses but they are fucking hilarious on stage and great performers live. It was only a small venue in pretty much a pub, but I was right at the front so I got to shout all the lyrics in his big bearded face.

I did go and see KRS-One and Supernatural last weekend though, and they're up there also in my top gigs. It was at the Warehouse Project, so it's all underground and I was right at the front again next to a huge fucking speaker, and the bass was ridiculous, it was awesome. I was also very drunk and I got groped by some random girl, fun.

The only live shows I've been to are Motley Crue and Bon Jovi. So Motley Crue.

Do festivals count? If they do I'd say Bloodstock 2007 since Dark Tranquillity and Nevermore played back to back but if not I'm going with Blind Guardian's show last month. Got to love it when Heavy Metal lyrically encompasses Lord of the Rings, Peter Pan and Wheel of Time all in one night :p

Never been to a concert but I did see the Lion King on stage, that was pretty impressive.

Metaltown 2008 and 2010. Dozens of the best metalbands 2 days in a row. Whats not to like?

Blink-182, hands down..mostly because I thought they were gone for good, but when they came back, I fell for the trap and threw my money at them..totally worth it

I guess Weird Al back in 2001... Or Van Halen in 2007...

Don't remember much, But I do recall I had a blast...

I'm inclined to say the first time I saw Megadeth (I was in the front row), but I think the most amazing life performance may have been Blue Man Group in Vegas.

Seriously, it was absurd. Oh, and they asked me to be in the show. That probably helped.

Protest the Hero, last November, or Megadeth, in the summer. It was the amount of interaction with the crowd that did it.

Both "Meatloaf" and "Queen with Paul Rogers" (sadly I was too young to go see Freddy) put on excellent shows. When you go to their concerts, the music is only half of what you pay for.

I've seen comedian Ross Noble live a few times and I think he's great. The Noodlemeister tour was the best I've seen.
