Snafu and Fubar. Those are my favorite of the military slang I've heard.

"Boosh"

Cookie for the reference.
I can actually picture this scene, but for the life of me I can't remember where it's from. Two guys just up in the air and sorta.. chest-butt each other and yell "boosh" then a third says "oh great, the Marines get 'Oo-Rah', we get 'Boosh'." As I said though.. I can't recall who the people are or where the scene's in. Can I at least get a chocolate chip for that?

EDIT: Waitwaitwait I got it! Well I Googled it but still... It's from Haze! I'll be taking my cookie in full now thank you.
Well I think you remember the Unskippable episode where they did Haze. I think that's where the "Oh great, the Marines get 'Oo-Rah', we get 'Boosh'." comes from.

LPC -- Leather Personnel Carriers, a three letter acronym for "boots." Granted, I leaned it from the instruction manual of this game where you play as a combat medic, so it may have been made up, but it seemed to be legit.

Do I win?

I like the Lawn dart one somebody else posted. It is just the image in my mind, them being hit with machine gun fire or flak and then acting like a lawn dart in mid air, as a kind of last ditch effort to kill atleast one person.

Whopper junior, its a reference to Burger king (BK) which is used as short hand for 'Baby Killer' for when a soldier shoots a child.

saw it on the HBO show generation kill which is quite good for US marine jargon

When I did Army training here in Sweden, the platoon leader would always call us "Minks". He said that we should always be as wild and aggressive as minks.

im surprised that no one has said "semperfie" its the slang for the latin words semper fidilas, which in latin means always faithfull.

I'm sorry. You just butchered "Semper Fidelis". Now the Marines are coming after you.

Don't be alone.
