Agreed with everything you just said. All the minor/subtle improvements they made add up to become the best in the series for me. White is also the first game in the series I didn't pick the fire starter (sorry Samurai Sealion > Wrestlin' pig.)To bad he can't follow you around.Sun Flash said:Game wise, White is proving to be the most awesome and story based engaging. If I had one complaint it's that pokémon don't follow you around anymore, like in yellow/HGSS.
Fair enough haha XD makes sensearc1991 said:Soul Silver for me, it's the best i've played and i clocked about 440 on it.
Although i transferred all my SS Pokemon to Black, which is awesome don't get me wrong, it's just the bag menu is a bit blargh and the box menu's can get confusing at times.
But having said that, the GTS has been greatly improved there are many training spots to help your lower level Pokemon, also it seems you get ALOT more experience this time round so it means less grinding, also getting the Lucky Egg early helps a ton!
I agree with you wholeheartedly. I loved Crystal on the Gameboy Color and spent a good 3 years of my life on it, but the later games were really lackluster in my opinion. I'm especially frustrated with Heart Gold/Soul Silver and Black/White, and have avoided them like the plague.Don said:Pokemon Gold/Silver for a good few reasons.

I really have to say that since Gold/Silver, I have felt that the series has went downhill; -SNIP-
