Metal Gear Solid, even though it was remade for the Gamecube. But I'm talking an all out PS3 update with better controls and everything. In fact, I'd like a massive HD remake of the first 3 MGS games, but that's probably not going to happen. Either way, 2 & 3 are still some of the best looking games on the PS2.

I would have to say that a remake of Legend of Dragoon or Parasite Eve would be absolutely awesome. I've spent many hours on both of those games and I would gladly buy them again.

Megaman Legends 1&2, Resident Evil, Ape Escape, Suikoden I&II(voice acting optional as long as the 3D ain't too dodgy).

THIS.

Well, you know what I want to say, but I would also say that VIII and IX should be redone as well. In many regards they were either equal or better.

A very obscure game called Sheep Raider
..maybe that is for the best :p

Xenogears? Maybe not a remake, but a reboot/japanese second season, maybe. The source material and the background story is a terrific way to wrap a game. ..same thing that made Resonance of Fate work so well. Demon's Souls too. That the game-world is consistent, but always explaining the game-mechanics into the game-world (instead of glossing over them, like most games).

Can someone remind me about what was so great about FF7?
The revolutionary use of complex psychological profiles to create the villain and hero, the realtionship between the villain and the hero, awesome graphics, fun, interesting gameplay somewhere between V and VI and Nobuo Uematsu's best score?
