The only good reason for war is to preserve freedom!
Ok, I have always been really pissed when Americans talk about "freedom," and how they are defending their "freedoms." Considering how far global warming is, the last thing you need to worry aobut right now is too much government. In a hundred years, you'll be lucky to have any order at all at this rate. Also, the only way the U.S. will ever lose freedoms from a foreign power would be if it were invaded by a foreign power. Without technology to shoot down nukes, cruise missiles, aircraft (which could drop bombs or fire missiles or even shoot a laser, apparently) this would be quite the proposition indeed. Not to mention the most military funding in the world, (scared of China? They spend less on their military) Americans don't need to worry about their "freedom" being taken by a a bunch or people on the other side of the world amred with nothing but anti-american sentiment and AK-47's. Jesus Christ, they talk about how powerful their military and how they are "number 1" and then ***** about impoverished people on the other side of the world making the U.S. not "free" anymore. The only way they could do that is if they invaded the U.S.
The hypocracy is unbelievable, they talk about how great their military is, and then use the excuse that people with bolt rifles are going to take away their freedom as an excuse to attack them. Good lord. So anyway, this is an example of a BAD reason to go to war.
