Well, I had a lot of pointless fun with the Spartan Laser from Halo 3. Mostly just for blowing up random objects.

I guess I just don't play enough shooters. But weapons in general...

Damn, still not sure. Guess I just don't play enough fighting games.

And more. I just can't think of an at the moment.

The Omega RYNO 4-Ever from Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. Ridiculous firepower that kill anything in a few seconds.

Another favorite of mine is the Pimp Cane from Saints Row 2. Kills anyone in one shot, can blow up a car in 2, and is a pimp cane. Can't beat that.

I'd say the Best Weapon Ever would be the Soviet Katyusha for it's Stunning Simplicity and Effectiveness.
