That Say Anything lied to me.

I stood outside my Ex's house playing our song for hours and all it got me was a restraining order and a trespassing charge.

i would say university, but i went into it knowing it would be shit. all i can say is i'm glad i'm only paying 3 grand a year, not 9 like the next year of suckers.

the social aspect of it too. might be because i'm only properly comfortable around those who i already know, but i sure as hell didn't make many friends in university (so far). i do actually think i had much more fun in school. but then i realise that i am now much more free, so i get to spend more time actually having fun, not having fun in a shitty environment.

also, people. they are generally a disappointment. so many people are just, douche.

Not being a rock star and/or a millionaire. Not having superpowers (yet). The state of the world as a whole, realising that we're surrounded by wars, economic crisis and that humans are not really advanced yet.

Internet forums... no matter how much a bone I give it, I keep being disappointed.

But seriously, Ireland... fuck this arse backwards, racist, ambition sapping country. Like a blackhole of fail.

The state of human affairs makes me very sad guy. And the fact that I cannot get a proper gaming PC until in a very long time. I can't even run Skyrim on low without lagging with low fps. Self-pity, self-pity.

I did kendo for 10 years. Started when I was 6. Couldn't get my black belt because of politics. Apparently everybody hates my dojo for some reason (smug bastards). But the exam has to be done in front of masters from other dojo's(to be impartial...). I did my exam three times. First time I deserved to fail. Second and third I beat the other guys who were also doing their exams. And I beat them hard. It was damn near painful to watch. They got their black belt and I didn't.

Only funny thing about it is that in open tournaments (all belts could join as long as you were over 15) I beat the living sh*t out off half the people who had a black belt. Still, they wouldn't give it to me. So I quit. If some jerk -who's biggest achievement in life is waving a stick around in his spare time, whilst in the day he's a f'ing mailman- doesn't want to treat me fairly. Then screw him.

... I guess he's your brother in law due to your parents remarrying or something.. because otherwise that's really damn... ew.

OT: When I learnt that I would never be able to become a RAF pilot due to my eyesight not meeting the grade, so my biology betrayed me before I could even begin.
Annoying thing? My brother has perfect eyesight, and he never wanted to fly.
Damn you, fate. Damn you.
Sorry about your eyesight. Reminds me of the movie, "Little Miss Sunshine".

Technically, he'd be my Sister In Law's husband. My Sister in law is twin to wife, so it's still... "ew".

Being gay. The stereotypes and misconceptions that people have towards homosexuality; the legal barriers; difficulty in raising children; irrational hatred towards you, I could go on. Someone will pick me up on being a moany prick, and how you should have pride in yourself and who you are, but to be quite honest I find it actually quite hard to live with sometimes - it still makes me depressed on occasion.

I guess I can say the sheer amount of stupidity I sometimes encounter. Usually, people are alright, but that sudden twinge that just makes me want to scream... Other than that, when I FINALLY got Shadow of the Colossus, and the stupid disc wouldn't work. Gah!

Living outside of high school. Very hyped. sucks ass. hurray! life sucks.
then you get ebola zair. 80-90% mortality rate. start bleeding from every orifice and if you're really lucky your intestines might break off and make their way out of your body before you die.
Ebola is without a doubt the most horrifying natural disease I've ever studied.

or life sucks and you just die through less cool ways.

Money.

It should be fun, and it is until you're counting the pennies when you move out and need to run a car, eat, pay bills and everything else ;_;

That life is shit and then you die.
Classic.
You need to prepare for that inevitable, respawn in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

In whichever life your in (Where I a 70's arcade game with 3 lives to a quarter, I'm in about 22,011.) make it count.

As for disappointments, already listed the greatest. Another big one: I only got to 3rd base with my first "partner."
